Sonya It's nice to know that someone else out in the world recognizes and appreciates people who are "unconventionally beautiful." I wish I knew someone like Charlie when I was in high school. Perhaps I did, but...maybe he was a wallflower and never openly talked about such things with me.

Does anyone else out there like to drink cocoa?

spoons Sonya, I do I do I do!!!!

when the book ended I wished more than anything that it would never end. That Charlie would keep on writing and sam and patrick would always be there with him.

Its the best/worst book ive ever read.

I like to think of myself as a Wallflower...

"You see things. You keep quiet about them. And you understand."

I think the only downfall is no one understands how fragile we are.
It seems at times that even just a certain glance could shatter me into a million unfixable pieces...

where forever broken ill lay...

"...That's why on the back of a brown paper bag

he tried another poem

And he called it "Absolutely Nothing"

Because that's what it was really all about

And he gave himself an A

and a slash on each damned wrist

and he hung it on the bathroom door

because this time he didnt think

he could reach the kitchen"

The downfall of a wallflower...

Sonya I look back on my high school years and I recall so many times where I saw things or felt things from other people, but I hardly mentioned them to anyone...yet I understood.

I relate to Charlie so much it's almost a little frightening yet comforting at the same time. Chbosky is a genius.

bandersnatch i find myself numb to the things i hear at school. i do understand the conversaions i overhear, and i'm sure i pick up more about the people when they speek those few words than they would ever learn about themselvs, but i just dont care.

i just want someone to know me the way i know strangers. and i want them to keep it secret, but i want to know that they know.

Freak I think it would be difficult to make this movie well. I would be afraid that if someone did attempt the movie it would ruin the feeling of the book from not being done according to the thoughts and pictures in my head when I read it. For example: When you read a book you have your own picture of what a character might look like, then when you see the movie it is totally wrong. I think no matter what, if it was made into a movie it wouldn't be that good because I'm sure everyone pictures everyone in the book differently and also might interpret different things differently and a movie would be the way the director sees and interprets things and therefore different then most of the people who have read it. 030402

jinx I'm an actress...Can I play Sam?

Actually, a friend told me that if I were a character from the book, I'd probably be Mary Elizabeth...

But Sam has the green eyes like me...

endless desire ive never had a book change my life like that one did. i mean, it changed who i was. it's just that a related to charlie way to well, from cover to cover. and now everythings different. my family. my life. the house. the walls. i wish i could explain better without feeling like my secrets are running wild. nothing will ever be the same, you see. and some days i wish it could...but i would read that book forever if time would let me. 040124

Sonya I was told once that I was more like Sam than Charlie.

I don't see myself as unconventionally beautiful though at times I wish I was.
