I know someone who says he doesn't use stamps. Instead he reverses the usual location of the two addresses on the envelope, and that way it gets "returned" to it's destination. Take that ya 33 cent stamp!!

i've done that. and pulled used unmarked stamps off old envelopes and glued them onto new envelopes, so as to reuse and, a few times, cleaned inkmarks off semi-marked stamps, but only when the ink was still fresh from the post office but, i don't do any of that anymore i can afford stamps now! thank_cod

"i've done that." meant: i've gotten letters, opened them carefully, and read them, then put a new(my) letter(s) in, and carefully resealed the envelope, writing return_to_sender as if it'd never even been opened not sure if that's what the previous skite was saying or not, but sounded similar.
