hsg That's beautiful. To slow down thought pace and to speed it up seem best. I use my breath for this. And my heart rate. Slowly breathing out, my HR drops a few beats_per_minute my thoughts calm, and I'm not in the reactive_state

the_left side is
dark_territory or as we say here in bluetopia, unblathed, I saw the right_side was underlined.

The underlined was easily accepted in meaning requiring no extra_consideration
The left was dimmer and somehow begged for a moment of my time.
