currently
work
in
retail
and
today
was
probably
the
worst
day
out
of
the
whole
year
.
The
whole
concept
of
the
"
door
busters" sale
is
beyond
my
comprehension. Barely
after
we've
digested
our
Thanksgiving
feasts
we
find
ourselves
lining
up
in
the
bitter
cold
at
4
a
.m.
in
the
morning
so
that
we
can
rush
into
the
stores
and
buy
all
this
crap
(yep)
our
kids
won't
even
touch
next
year
.
Okay
maybe
I'm
exaggerating...afterall
I'm
supposed
to
be
convincing
everyone
to
buy
this
stuff
.
I
myself
will
do
anything
to
avoid
shopping
on
this
day
because
of
the
wrangling
and
fighting
.
I
have
witnessed
people
ripping
toys
out
of
each
other's
shopping
carts
and
even
their
bare
hands
.
I
have
seen
security
guards
being
called
in
to
drag
unruly customers
out
of
the
doors
.
So
much
for
Thanksgiving
...while
some
of
us
are
thankful
for
the
roof
over
our
heads
and
being
able
to
eat
something
more
substantial
than
McDonald's
or
top
Ramen
,
other
people
are
willing
to
wake
up
at
3
a
.m.
to
go
shopping
.
WHY
?!!!!!
I
remember
Christmas
of
last
year
...
I
spent
most
of
that
time
praying
that
the
man
I
love
would
make
it
home
safe
and
sound
(
he
did
.)
All
I
want
for
Christmas
this
year
is
to
be
able
to
spend
time
with
the
people
I
love
-
I
know
what
it's
like
to
not
have
even
that
.
Black
Friday
is
an
example
of
everything
that
is
wrong
with
Christmas
in
America
these
days
.
Thank
goodness
it's
over
(
for
now
...)
is
very
weary
.
