clouds_on_fire lostgirl this evening gave me the gift what is likely one of the most beautiful sunsets i have ever witnessed....right here on my mountain, little tahoe in the foreground surrounded by snow and smiling faces attached to bodies with hands pointing toward the plunging fiery sphere. the sky was a painting, a photograph, a film like no other. it gave me pause. i couldn't breathe for a moment. i've seen this scene before, it's similarly otherworldly and it burned a tattoo upon my retina once again. i'm shaking my head because....well just because.
