sauna
flowerock. There is some etiquette for using a public sauna. My favorite courtesy is to open and close the door quickly and securely to ensure the least heat loss inside of the sauna.
Why do people seem to like standing in the doorway, door ajar, just chatting? I can tolerate the loud music blaring from your head phones and your random noises and movements and ecen your phone call... but I cannot tolerate you leaving the door wide open! I'm in the sauna to sweat, it's supposed to be HOT.

It's so simple... it drives me crazy.

But I had an otherwise good time in the sauna tonight. It was empty at first so I practiced one of the warm ups from class and it felt great. I read some pages. I soaked my clothes (why do we have to wear clothes in there?)
