i know things have been difficult. but i think you've been navigating a series of impossible situations with an admirable amount of grace. and you continue to shove the full force your soul into all you write, whether you're grappling with the tenant from hell or finding the poetry in preparing food for a visiting friend.
i hope you do something special that's just for you today, and i hope you get to spend some quality time with the people who mean the most to you.
