Why is it that we can laugh at disasters like the Titanic and the Hindenburg? People died, and it was tragic. You don't see those kinds of jokes about the Holocaust or the World Trade Center bombing. Why? I think it has to do with the fact that these events were human accidents, not crimes out of hatred or intolerance, not plotted.
