Being forced to spend $22 on a foil pack of 10 Pokémon cards for my son’s hockey team’s holiday gift exchange. I don’t want to live in a world where this kind of insane extortion is possible.

Attending a meeting in which it was, somehow, a requirement to read a three page mortgage document out loud for the board of directors. I will not be getting that time back and I'm very sad about it.

After 3 grimacingly bad songs the PA system in the grocery store finally rotated around to a good one. Where_the_Streets_Have_No_Name. And they faded it out so obnoxiously disrespectfully early, not allowing the bass and keys to support with that final cadence over Edge's loop. These_things_really_matter_to_me. I missed half the track anyway, having left my wallet in the car. So after they cruelly chopped the ending I had to give it a run in the car on the way home, at a proper volume, with more respectable speakers, and with my harmonies delivered with as much passion as my voice had left at the end of the day. I had to save my own life.
