kimchi
minnesota_chris I've found a new love, and it is kimchi. It's a spicy sauerkraut that the Koreans eat. It smells rotten, moldy, fermented.

It's fermented much as sauerkraut is, which preserves the vitamins and even makes it healthier, through some process that I'm not smart enough to understand. But I can't get enough of it, and I like to eat it on anything that tastes bland.
