nice idea, but when ever I went, I'd still be me, and I'd still love him. I don't think even the most wonderous journeys and adventures the entirety of the space-time continuum has to offer can provide an escape from him. And for me, that's saying an awful lot.

We are all time travellers, we just all happen to be going at the same velocity. Well, perhaps not just "happen". Entropy. What we are looking for is a way to control our velocity - our speed and direction. To what end is each individual seeking to change this though? Perhaps they would like to revisit happir days, skip around unhappier ones, explore ancient civilisations, hit the fast forward button so that the round trip to Mars happens in a heart beat. It's only time travel though. One can't expect miracles. When ever you go, you will still be here. So at best, you will get to explore humanity a little more than your average joe. Come up with a cunning plan to steal that 24th and a 1/2 century technology space craft from Duck Dodgers so we can go anywhere, as well as anywhen, and maybe I'll pay a bit more attention.

Take Him With you on the Trip Of Course. Just be careful that you Don't become The Ancestors of us All while you are back there.

that'd be nice.... (pretty weird kinda humanity would evolve though if such strange things as that occurred)

I believe the evidence of timetravel events may have already been uncovered, in things like the "4000 Year Old Spark Plug" found in the American Southwest, or the Fossil Walkman, found in China. These anomolous items could possibbly have been left by Time Travelers (instead of Aliens) And After 09-21-02003 I think there will be alot of research into the Archeological Record to find things that are out of phase with their background matrix, to use as "safe targets" in future time travel experiments. Just a thought

Can't recall exactly where I heard of these things, But The "spark plug" was found in the American Southwest, when a Geologist Sawed a Geode in half revealing a hexegonal center with a rod running down the middle. I've Seen the Images of this on Television, Probably one of those Ancient Astronaut Programs. As for the "Walkman" Someone told me that a boxlike fossil had been dicovered in China, and it was being refered to as a "walkman", But this was only rumor to me, and like stories in the Enquirer, should be taken with a grain of salt. By the way 09-21-2003 is TIMETRAVEL DAY If anything is going to happen we should Expect it then.

Wasn't there some large convention inviting timetravelers to visit? And does one suppose that a timetraveler could ever be late for an event without it being for style or implied effect? Hooray for having friends who lend you the DVD box set of Doctor Who (the new series that should be on the Sci-Fi channel in the next couple months...
