planes
ClairE My mother told me once that some teacher at Bronx_Science refused to believe airplanes could actually work, and that this worry had wormed its way into my father's brain.

It's got me, too. I don't think I want to be on one ever again.

Once I realized how amazing flying in an airplane was, and voiced it aloud to my science teacher, and she made fun of me. Sometimes if you think hard enough the most mundane idea becomes incredible (again). Is this thinking too much, or just enough?
