nhs u24 National Health Service. what does it mean to me? free hayfever tablets. not having to worry about my health (but worrying anyway because dentists aren't NHS, and doctors can't do anything about back problems or arthritis. nor are opticians on the nhs.) People are continually moaning about NHS waiting lists, etc, etc, but I think the NHS is great.
