oaxacan j_blue refers to a person indiginous to the mexican state of oaxaca (i think). oaxacan's have a reputation for being short and dumb. i think because they do tend to be short, and they dont tend to speak a popular language. (i'm no expert, but i have been told that its not unusual for the females to only speak their indiginous language, and the males are the ones who are bilingual, speaking both spanish and their native language.) i'm curious to understand more about the whole shebang... 001208 what's it to you? who go blather from
