1. For myself, like I am sure most, waking up before 5am is never easy and always the inconvenience, especially on nights (I say nights because to me my day starts when I wake up) where I find myself searching through cities and forests trying to find a friend, relative, animal, or way out. My dreams where I am constantly searching are my favorite dreams and it bothers me all day if I wake before they end. With my endless struggle to wake up on time I find myself with two types of mornings. The first type of morning is a hectic rushed morning where I wake up 5 minutes before I need to be at work and in those 5 minutes I dress and hop on my bike and pedal to work, which when peddling fast I can reach in 2 minutes. The other type of mornings and most common are the mornings where I wake up with plenty of time to spare shower and dress, then either walk or pedal to work at a relaxing enjoyable pace. So to best answer your first question I would have to say I ready myself always with a bike ride or walk, and on good days I get the added bonus of a shower before work. 2. I like people, I like excitement and action, but I need time to myself and I need time to think. I do not live alone and I work at a popular coffee shop. Very little of my day is spent completely alone. Although I work I am not rich. I have material items that I enjoy. I have my bike, I have my books, and I am grateful for these things, and I understand that these things, while I enjoy them now may not always be there, so I figure that as long as I can still think and have some peaceful times to myself those times will be my most valued. 3. I said before I work at a coffee shop. I work at The New Moon Cafe where I bake the muffins and other pastries in the morning. We roast our own coffee and provide it to other restraints and stores throughout the southeast. Honestly the last thing I bought was a cup of coffee and a scone, but if you don't count food then it was a live Bela Fleck cd. Why do you wake up early?

i'm a landscaper. my actual work day begins at 8ooam and i have an hour commute to pittsburgh. however, many mornings i do work, beginning at first light on my own 18 personal accounts apart from regular business. so, if i am to have time to do anything personal, like collage or writing here, it takes place at 4ooam to 53oam. i usually pass out at 11oopm. life is short. sleep is relative. sometimes a nap from 1215 to 123o works wonders. thanks for your responses. when i lived in ventura, i used to ride my bike to work, now i drive my pick-up 84 miles round-trip. i like bela fleck also. the art of the banjo...
