it'd have to be the smaller more rurla desert locales, because while Phoenix used to be a good place to go if you had breathing problems, the fact that everyone brought their allergy inducing plants with them between the 1950's and the late 80's has made this city an allergy hell on par with anyplace wetter or greener...that and the smog

thanks. and aye, echinacea,... twas the first thing my mom said when i told her i was unwell, ..."do you have any echinacea?" it's what she always says,(along with "vitamin c?")...cause she knows, and i know, how great it is,...she started giving it to me as a kid whenever i was sick with a cold,...but i haven't been buying vitamins (like c) or remedies such as echinacea (or goldenseal, or astragalus),... i used to grow echinacea (purpurea and angustifolia, and a bit of pallida). lovely to have in a garden,...along with the very lovely valerian, and etc. i'm feeling a lot better now.
