Bizzar they told you you’re whole life you were worthless. compared you to others. made you wonder why you were so different. so undeserving of love and kindness. why your brain worked the way it did. they were the ones you were supposed to trust. the ones who were supposed to love you unconditionally. and then they sent you out into a world that did the same. just infinite isolation. never feeling understood. never feeling good enough. never enough and always too much.

but you took a life that should have dragged you through the mud. convinced you to give up. cave into the lies. you stared a life of lies in the eye and decided to prove them wrong. you came out stronger than they believe you to be. smarter than them. braver then they’d have ever let you be.

you rise from the ashes. wings aflame with might. and you ignite the stars as you soar.

all sparks.

epitome of incomprehensibility The myth/image makes me think of one of my favourite poems, but this spoke to me independent of that. Powerful writing - respect. 220807
