valerian luck is green and where do you thing valium got its name? but i've never been hit by it before in such a manner... take 3-5 capsules, empty them into a glass, and fill with boiling water to make a tea. works damn well. except for this grit drifting to the bottom that i suspect may be silica or something and needs to be stirred constantly to remain consistency. oh yeah, and it tastes better than it smells... 011214 ...
