dB Ah, maybe you don't hate ignorant people. Did you ever think about it like that. Ignorant people are OK, at least they are using their brains for something.
Maybe it's stupid people you hate. Stupid people have the capacity, but just don't bother. I hate people like that. Did you know that about 7% of the first world population has NEVER read a book. They read magazines, and maybe get odd bits of information out of encyclopedias or something, but they never sit down and read a whole book start to finish. People like that are stupid. People like that are stuck in the trap forever.
People like that deserve to be looked down on, and hated. They bring it on themselves.

dB Wheel of time? Never heard of it. I'll have to check it out. One of the places where I work is a second hand book shop (Huge amounts of stock. Unbelieveable stuff). I am in the process of building a library next to my office at home. I got banned from the public library for life because of overdue fines that I have no intention of paying. It's amazing how much great stuff you can find on eBay, or around old book shops.
Have you read the Dune series (Frank Herbert)? I'm guessing you have, but if not, I suggest you look into it. Very good stuff.

dB Intelligent people are smart enough to ask questions. Most people don't ask, they just accept what they don't understand.

And being smart doesn't make you a Matyr. It just make you observant. If you use it correctly.

Bespeckled Overrated?

If we were all stupid we'd be so much more happy. Intelligence gets me in trouble.
