hsg 1) standup feet shoulder width apart
2) keep upperbody vertical & bend at knees as far down as you can
3) stand up swiftly

do these everyday while u do anything else. here good examples-while you:
-brush your teeth
-shower
-talking on phone
-waiting_on_line
-working

everyday force yourself to be able to do one more rep in a set. do them quickly.
