The February one is a day, the day-repeating idea is a movie. July is one long day or movie, but the good thing? It contains groundhogs. ... The grumbling: things feel like repeats, a rehash of being 15 in a tireder body. The subject says groundhog-day-July has had her 1) sad because the boy she likes likes another girl 2) unreasonably panicked at a specific situation 3) embarrassed about feeling panicked 4) deadline-anxious about an unfinished project but she knows she's not fifteen because she's added being 5) worried about jobs and money ... But here's the grounding exercise. Go outside, take the 204 bus, and see the groundhog nibbling grass near the Des Sources REM station. Or if not that particular groundhog, train station, or bus...another one.

some days it's a toaster in the bathtub. or a wished-for fall from the top of a tall building. other days the desire to be better, to do more, beats back the impulse to end it all for a while. however the connective tissue might change, the song that sings me awake each morning is always the same. just once, let me skip to the good part, past the last chorus and seconds_before_the_fade.
