sore_throat eatingstars i would choose a runny, stuffy nose over a sore throat any day. i would even trade double the days of stuffy nose for no sore throat. i would like to swallow pain free, please. 081122 ... unhinged neti_pot me too. i used to get ear and throat infections all the time as a child. i specifically remember one case of strep when i was in high school that cut a college visitation short because it was unbearable to swallow. i started using a neti pot for my allergies a few years ago. (i read yoga journal and they had an ad that said 'it's like yoga for your nose' with a coupon so i figured i'd try it.) i haven't had any ear or throat infections in a really long time. since they used to be kinda chronic, it's somewhat of a huge relief. having your inner ear so filled with snot you can't hear is infuriating when you have a degree recital coming up. stupid sinuses. 081123 ... raze it feels like slow sandpaper every time i swallow. hopefully this isn't the start of something more involved. i'm not in a hacking, sneezing mood just now. 130831 ...
