epitome of incomprehensibility Shorter than a full-length book (which for poetry is often short - say 50 pages). Anything between 10 and 30? Something like that.

I self-published one years ago. Long ago. Too nearer twenty_years_ago than I'd like to admit.

Now I have a bit of a chance at "official" publication. At first I thought my problem would be coming up with enough words; now my problem is paring things down. (Like it was with essays, stories, etc., etc. Should not have been a surprise.) But we'll see if it's a thing. If not, parts of it can be part of other things.

e_o_i People!! I'm excited and bewildered and I don't know what. My little book got accepted for publication!!

There will probably be an editing and pruning process (I was talking about this with someone who had his book published with the same press), but if all goes well, it will be out this year! I'm excited!!

e_o_i Thank you so much! 💜

I was inspired partly by blather: the idea of expanding on scenes from dreams, of collages...and just by seeing others' poems here, which seem to me so much better than mine, or at least different...

But yes, I don't know when it'll be out yet - I just got an email today saying that it would be part of their 2025 chapbook series, and to get in touch to start the process.
