to make a film one must have money, several different people are involved.A crew made up of different positions create the magic we see on screen. A producer makes sure whats supposed to get done GETS DONE! A director pretends to be in charge and yells out silly commands, even the actors pay no attention. The DP(director of photography) is the one who actually shoots the movie, if you don't count the ac, the 2nd ac and the operator. The investors sit and wait watching. The film is made and the profits come in. The investors take half, the producer takes a fourth. The actors take another fourth, the director takes another fourth and the crew gets the rest.its a beautiful system that gives all profits to those who really deserve it.The actors are put in the spotlight, the director goes home with a huge award. the crew gets a free dvd copy. Really I don't see the injustice not even a little bit. Why should I, I mean these hard working fellows are never mentioned how am I supposed to know its is them who actually made this film, who put in blood and sweat and hours of no sleep to make this entertainment in my living room possible. How is anyone supposed to really know what it takes, if they are never properly recognized.
