saute
onion
in
butter
until
translucent
add
spices,
bay
leaves
,
swirl
until
the
aroma overwhelms
your
kitchen
.
add
the
remaining
ingredients
(
except
the
peas
)
and
bring
to
a
boil
. simmer,
covered
,
for
15
minutes
.
add
the
peas
and
cook
a
little
longer
.
serve
with

and
