toad notme middle of the evening a few nights a go a toad hopped out of the ground i was digging in it had been hiding from the sunlight western toad it hopped out and took a pee don't think i've ever seen one before or maybe i have but it has been too long it surprised me that it was there 5th summer?! here on this farm holy holy and my first toad and it took a pee how strange my father saw a larger one the same day earlier on in the afternoon it was chillin in the goat shed my neighbour said he hasn't seen a toad in years he says it must mean something something but what i don't know i pet its warty back red and green dry i watched it go hopping away into the tall grass and thought to chase it to put it back in the hole i had disturbed it from now everywhere i walk i'm looking for toads toads toads 040624 ... anomalous another one today, seen sunning on a creek stone i took pictures of it 050505 what's it to you? who go blather from
