Even if you know exactly what store the winning ticket was sold at, the winning ticket may have already been sold. And if it weren't already sold, then how would you get it? The only way to be certain is to buy all the tickets in the store... and what if they get a new shipment of tickets later...? And even if you do get the winning ticket, there is no guarantee that things will turn up the same way again.
