i was immersed in the clown show under bright sun and cottonball clouds, returned to a world that welcomes me effortlessly like well deserved friendship. kelli, a nine-year old girl girl from alabama, whose family had decided to stop for the night at jellystone on a whim, decided to become my companion and together we entertained a cozy group of children of all ages, painting their bodies with watercolors and turning the now inside out. suddenly a butterfly, which had been casually inspecting the hip scene, chose to land on my nose. i could feel worlds shifting, and so i leaned in closer until i was cross-eyed. "hey!" i said, "there you are again!" i discovered you o its back, form fitted into a saddle. "yeah," you said, holding on to your reins made from dew. "you love what you do, don't you?" you said, shouting to be heard above the yann tiersen music. you were wearing a leather flight helmet and a scarf. i thought you must have been watching me considering you alighted on my red painted protuberance. "i love this," i said. "look at me! have you ever seen me happier?"
