she asked and without hesitation I laughed and awnsered "No." Then with a pouty look she said "Hmm, and I thought you were a brave man..." A brave man? I found myself dwelling on her words and pondered what they meant. Am I brave? I am certainly not a coward; a coward is a man who succumbs to his fears, who allows them to cripple him. I know that I am not fearless, I have seen terrifiying things. A man without fear must be a fool. A brave man, I thought to myself as I do right now, is a man who takes action in face of his fears. Satisfied... I must be brave. A brave man. As I slipped out of this state of deep thought, I smiled and looked to the beautiful creature who lay beside me stareing intently at me and my thoughts. I leaned forward, still smileing, and kissed her and said "Beautiful girls can intimidate me terribly, when I first saw you I was terrified." And both she and I were satisfied by that.

A man without fear is a fool. Fear is one of the many gears in the machine of logic. Witness fear as it happens, and use it, do not allow it to slow you.

To quote Douglas Addams: "DON'T PANIC!" Its the only part of fear thats bad. Whats worse is people let it be.
