epitome of incomprehensibility

Business government but also managing emotions. I still have a book called "Anger Management Workbook," but nothing on anxiety. I had one but gave it back - I'd borrowed it from the little library section of a group called something like Friends of Mental Health (are there Enemies of Mental Health??) so it wasn't for me to keep. But I guess the principles are similar: ask yourself why you're feeling a certain way and don't just think of the feeling itself. There are reasons to feel anxiety and anger. They're not wrong in themselves. And thinking about the reasons will usually lead to a calmer reaction. ...Pah. Now I have to go clean up after the dog. He just threw up a clump of grass he ate in the backyard. So much for Stop Dogs from Eating Things That Will Make Them Vomit management.
