body - not thinking about your vessel/clothes/etc.
mind - faint/dream/coma?
soul - spiritually lost?

{what is it when you are [self aware], that is, you know how you look, you are cognizant, & you are NOT spiritually lost - BUT you are not self-conscious, that is, there is no discomfort, you are fine...}
{& then what is it in the same state when not only you are Fine but you feel GOOD?}
{the state of self awareness allows us to expand our thought horizons. when we are not thinking about what we look like or how we're acting, we can go
OUTSIDE ourselves (ecstasis!)

experience our surroundings

what is the determining factor between
whether we go out or in? is it
dependent upon the stimuli? or is it
just Kairos → "the right moment"...

even an experiencing of our external
surroundings is an INTERNAL experience.
