slang
raze it occurs to me that i've never really slung slang over my shoulder and called it my own. i've only said "lit" when i was commenting on the quality of light in a room. as far as i'm concerned, "no cap" means you aren't wearing a hat, to slay is to kill, flexing is something you do with your arms, and dope is what you smoke if you're so inclined. the warping of words that appeals to me was considered outdated before i took my first breath. i wouldn't mind living in a world where bees have knees, everything is made in the shade, and a punch is just lunch disguised as a personal attack. that all sounds a lot more pleasant than the shit show we've got going on now. wait. "shit show" is slang, isn't it? i guess no one's immune to this stuff after all. 261006
