repurposing
epitome of incomprehensibility A compliment to raze for the collage poem "leaflet"! It fits together just so, and the single word "repurposing" itself repurposes.

And a complement: years ago I wrote a semi-similar collage poem based on mail requests I got from charities. It was too long and the title "Charitably" was hard to say (why not just "Charitable"??) But what sticks with me now is my repurposing of "seals" for a silly pun:

"Please accept these endangered envelope seals."

raze that's really kind of you to say! but it wasn't a collage poem in this case; i was just musing about taking a bit of glorified junk_mail and turning it into a bookmark. the leaflet didn't offer much in the way of inspiring material. though "eight out of ten households get more money back in rebates than they pay" does have a ring to it... 240722

e_o_i My mistake! So I should say instead, very good twists and turns of phrase...I like how it's about multiple things but everything fits, and with a meditative twist at the end. 240722
