raze the yappy terriers who bark just to hear themselves bark, who don't seem to exist for any other purpose, make a pretty harsh, pitchy woodwind section. but they get the job done. the boxer two houses down plays contrabass. he has no sense of rhythm. the grey shepherd across the street misses his cue and starts singing a haphazard solo after everyone else has left the stage, his tuneless voice just another blemish on the frigid, indifferent face of the morning.

where the hell are the string players? that's what i want to know. they must have slept in.
