blue_jewel
epitome of incomprehensibility A phrase that drew me when I wrote it. That held sway during the disparate years of 7-15. Inspired by a plastic, likely mass-produced craft jewel that I'd found and kept on my dresser.

The title of epics that never got fully written. Stories that went like this: you touch a magic jewel and appear in Tiny Little World (basically Legoland Narnia) where you have adventures; Fyemir Arvuk, finally realizing that his side is the wrong side, saves Merissa Elyen from Nik Zymmith (who somehow thinks his role as a spy for the enemy gives him license to kill fifteen-year-old girls just 'cause they're cousins of our hero, Zyamirel Halshmekir) and in turn gets fatally shot, in his dying moments giving Merissa the jewel his mother meant for his own daughter, yada yada yada. Actually, Yada could be a reasonable name for someone in this world. As a last name perhaps.

Two worlds, actually: Planet Telewa and Planet Aquezazalia. Aquezazalia meaning "blue jewel." Telewa meaning... I dunno, some satellite company? I mean, these planets are populated with ex-Earthers. Surely they'd want some satellite TV.

And all that from a plastic jewel.
