I used to be scared when I woke up at night and it seemed as if something was crawling up or down my back. Especially one time when I wasn't fully awake and it seemed the continuation of a dream. "Used to be," hah. But having read a rather long chapter about the brain for phonetics 2, I should tell myself, "Just nerves doing nervy things. Don't be nervous."
