good god. these are some of the most impossible people to get together with in the history of people. how can something that should be so simple become such a struggle? (and the second i was about to blathe this, i got an email back from one i'd been chasing. ha!)

it has been and continues to be a fascinating thing. because even when it's not me singing the words, they're singing for me, taking my place, standing where i would be if i wasn't ducking just out of frame. but they're bringing a little bit of themselves into it too. where the chasing has to happen, most of the time the end result is well worth it.
