many
experiences
where
cyclists (

pedestrians)
have
seemed
to
come
up
out
of
nowhere
.
and
i
do
look
out
for
them
,
especially
in
busy
areas,
and
try
to
avoid
driving
near
them
because
i
am
afraid
of
what
i
could
do
to
them
.
but
i
don't
think
cyclists,
or
pedestrians,
or
any
one
group
in
general,
is
specifically
at
fault
.
ANYONE
who
doesn't
obey
their
right
of
way
on
the
road
is
at
fault
.
BUT
unless
the
magic
day
ever
comes
that
every
single
person
on
the
road
will
calmly obey
their
right
of
way
and
see
everyone
coming
,
it's
drivers'
responsibility
to
operate
their
(possibly fatality-causing) vehicles defensively.
