tender_square the corporation issued a timed test, a personality assessment. the categories were disparate. there was no direct correlation between how the puzzles could possibly lead to insights about one's characteristics or where one might fall. one section required making sense of several words to see if some could be grouped into a common theme. another section provided sentences with missing words and a list of the words removed which then had to be numbered to give the sentence structure. then there was three-dimensional shapes that had a different orientation with the goal of determining if they were the same. finally, words were paired for their common definitions like a thesaurus. each section was timed. no scores were given. the test generated a lengthy assessment which was reviewed for an hour with a higher up. sentences were generated about who i am as a person, what i'm like as an employee, what i look for in a work environment, what my strengths are. i had to rate each statement on a scale of one to ten, after they were read to me, with ten being the highest level of accuracy. how that exam was able to pinpoint and extract the information it did was eerie as fuck. 230328
