I tried one because I couldn't even imagine what that would taste like. Well...the chips tasted EXACTLY like cured sausage. I don't know what food science went into that, but it was uncanny. They tasted horrible, but I kept eating them, hoping that the flavour would somehow change to match the satisfaction of the crunchy texture. It didn't.
