oscillating raze the first song i've recorded since february isn't a song. it isn't even an idea in search of a song. it's twenty-five seconds of a synthetic monophonic voice warbling, haunting the edges of the notes my hands aren't deft enough to guide it to. it might as well be me singing on that thin strip of digital tape, wordless and witless and wild. because that's all i can seem to do anymore: make random noises that don't amount to much of anything. but that's not nothing. is it? 220707 ... nr it took me awhile to get used to the oscillator in "bathysphere" by cat_power, but now it somehow fits in the background/foreground. 220707 what's it to you? who go blather from
