god damn I hate TV.
it's so boring, the same situations in the same types of comedies with different people saying different things. And what the fuck is up with this realtiy TV bullshit??? Does anyone else see the problem with this?

little wonder last year,
we wrote 2 plays and various commercials about voyeurism television.
it was appropriately called VTV.
we had
[kmart survivor]
and a [mr. rogers talk show]
and another godfather sort of tv show based play that i helped to write.
my fondest memory, is of shooting the webcam of the college kids video taping themselves and broadcasting it online.
they sat there the whole time eating potato chips and staring at the tv [we were watching rugrats]
there was this one who sat there with one of those paddle ball thingies and he progressively got faster
and then i can't seem to remember what happened.

we had to shoot that web cam show so many damn times because one or more people kept laughing and screwing it up. (i was one of the more guilty, i had to eventually hide my face partially by the beanbag i was sitting in)
we had to keep still and not laugh for 60 (or was it 30?) whole seconds.
the only word being spoken was
"Chip?"
