The first and most obvious possibility is that the stream of constant disappointments in their lives leave Gemini people with little choice but to be skeptical. Gems are constantly searching. They set their sights on a greener pasture, use their incredible versatility, diplomacy and gifts of persuasion to hop the proverbial fence, then are soon disappointed to find the view from the new pasture frustratingly unsatisfying. What seemed so true before seems like a foolish notion today and so, many of them wander restlessly through their entire lives, never quite finding that which they seek.
