Nothing would make me happier than to pick up those damp gray sheet rocks by the shed and discover a couple of worms, slithering quickly away with the startling realization that there home was being invaded.
I loved to just watch them, and play with them.
I'd put them on the silde.
I'd cut them in half with amazement beaming from my eyes.
Also, what I loved to find amongst my hidden treasure, were the roley poley's.
They would frighten easily, and roll themselves into indestructable little gray balls, which I would roll across the red wooden steps of the porch.
I also loved the snails.
I had a pet one that I kept in a glass jar and fed oatmeal, which I named Skippy.
Once in a resturant, I ate a cousin of Skippy's, roasted in salty garlic sauce.

A fortune in precious and semi-precious bits of truth. I picked one up and I noticed that I had left a hole of ignorance in the ground where once, there had been a precious bit of truth. Looking at it, I thought about what I could do with it.
I could put it back where I got it and fill in the hole of ignorance...having already filled my own and not tell a soul.
I could show it around and fill more holes of ignorance, but leave one hole of ignorance here under this rock. I could SHOW it to them, claim it as my own discovery and tout it's wonders, creating little holes of ignorance wherever I go.
I could give it to them, and let them decide what to do with it.
I could break it into smaller bits and pass them out and we could all share the discovery, fill SOME of our holes of ignorance and leave this hole here as we go around touting our discovery.
I could put it back, then tell folx about what I have found. Tell them how to find this rock and hope that they come to it and check it out, but that they don't take the truths and claim them as their discoveries, leaving a hole of ignorance and creating more wherever they spread the lie.

A balding midget leprechaun shorter than average, but twice the gold. He made all his millions with a court case involving a german shepard, two classmates of his, and some hateful slurs. I couldn’t understand him very well owing to his thick Irish accent, but apparently his classmates rebuffed him quite handily for his complete failure to jump over the dog’s ankle in phisical education class. After winning his case he left his village to reside at his own rainbow, but with el nino he got trapped in the Midwest when it failed to appear because of the lack of precipitation. On a lighter note the german shepard is doing very well he’s living with Jerry Seinfeld, and is going to be marked the first dog to inherit over 6 million dollars.
