whitechocolatewalrus a controlled blather would make blather pointless. the reason i like it is because it sheds any uncomfort of saying whatever you want to say. the people you talk to don't know you and can't judge you. even if they do judge you, it wouldn't make any difference because you will most likely never meet them. with control, your words are limited and you have to watch what you say. there are standards and expectations. a little too much like real life. no, i don't think i would frequent a controlled blather. 040131

Toxic_Kisses When I first came here it was freedom and was for a while but now I find that I have more and more thing I don’t want to share, things that I want to hide, their not bad/sick things like some of the stuff you see at grouphug, no I've always been a goodgirl, but I find my self typing things here and b4 I send them I erase them and then its never said, I find that happening more and more lately, I guess when I felt I was mearly addressing strangers I could say anything but now I feel as if I know the ppl here, or at lest more so then when I first began and I feel now that if I did just let myself go and write if then you would no longer wish you knew me. I do realize that it is I who am limiting myself here and not you, no this is just something else I'm going to have to work through. It is indeed something I am trying to currently work through, as I don't like feeling as though I have to control what I say or don't say here in blather. 040131

iNsEcUrE_GoTh_GiRl i feel that way too, even though ive only been here a short while. its a shame, because the reason i started posting on blather was the freedom of speech, but i feel now that i have to monitor what i say in some respects. its not a nice feeling. 040131

dreamer the only blathe I'd like contorlled is the seemingly incoherent semi-news updates by '1 hour ago', '15 minutes ago', or whoever. If it had someones opinion atttached to it or something of that sort, i wouldn't mind. if i wanted the news, i would open another window. 050316

. After some time identifying myself against my blateher I have resorted to using the anonymous dot. It occured to me that it mattered not a jot the who but the wot, and thus the dot. In fact I find that many of those who identify themselves and are of long standing often seem inhibited by the the images and cyber relationships that have been developed. As for control, that's up to the individual to self censor, or not. I have enough difficulty contolling my bladder these days to even consider controlling my blather. 050316
