Because of these warnings, there was only one casulty in Kenya. i agree that if They didnt focus everything on war then the indian ocean could've been set up with ocean monitors. its unbeleivable that only the pacific ocean has that privlege, so only the western countrys have warning. on Janury 29th the UN agreed to have a complete ocean monitoring systam set up in the indian ocean in 18 months. it took 200,000 dead to make Them wake up, but its not like any of us did anything about it. at least somethings being done now.
